ATX Mini Split Prince

Condos · Apartments · Lofts · Penthouses

Keep your cool, your highness.

The Austin crew that puts mini splits where the other companies will not go: condos, apartments and everything above the third floor. Balcony condensers, ceiling cassettes, building paperwork handled.

The Standard

Everyone does houses. We do buildings.

The condenser finds a home

Balcony mounts, roof placements, side yards the width of a hallway. Finding a legal, quiet spot for the outdoor unit is the whole game in a building, and it is our favorite part.

The paperwork is our problem

HOA approval packets, building management sign off, insurance certificates, elevator reservations. We have the documents ready before your board even asks for them.

The neighbors never know

Floor protection from the loading dock to your door, dust contained, debris out the same day. Modern condensers run quieter than a refrigerator, so the balcony next door stays friendly.

The Residence

Your castle, seventy two degrees.

Glass walls are a privilege with a heat bill, whether they are on the fourteenth floor or over the lake. A properly zoned mini split cools the room you are in, ignores the ones you are not, and never says a word about it.

Cool the Castle

Yes, Even In Your Building

You were told it cannot be done. It can.

Condos

The condenser rides your balcony or the roof, the line set runs short and hidden, and the head goes exactly where the hot wall of glass is. We bring the HOA packet, you bring the signature.

Apartments

Owners and landlords: one quiet zone per unit, no ductwork opened, no tenants displaced. A unit that holds seventy two in August rents faster and argues less.

Lofts and penthouses

Tall ceilings, brick walls, glass corners and nowhere to hide a duct. Ceiling cassettes and slim wall heads were made for exactly this, and so were we.

The House Line

Confortotal, poured neat.

Our house brand is Confortotal: inverter heat pump systems from 12,000 to 60,000 BTU, WiFi control from your phone, and a format for every wall, ceiling and floor a building can throw at us. One line we know cold, so every install is one we have done before.

Wall mounted

The classic slim head, high on the wall and out of the sightline. Singles from 12,000 BTU with inverter drive and WiFi.

Ceiling cassette

Flush in the ceiling, air in four directions, nothing on your walls at all. The penthouse answer.

Floor and console

Floor standing and floor to ceiling units for glass corners and rooms where the walls are spoken for.

Concealed duct

Ducted air handlers hidden in a soffit or closet, up to 60,000 BTU, for whole floors that want invisible everything.

Multizone

One condenser outside, several heads inside, each room on its own remote. The building only has to approve one box.

Where We Work

From the tower to the treeline.

Downtown Rainey Street Seaholm Second Street The Domain South Congress Mueller West Campus Tarrytown Westlake Clarksville Zilker

High rise condos, mid rise lofts, garden apartments, casitas and the West Austin houses that started all this. If you have a wall and a temperature opinion, we can help.

The Point of It All

The prince does not sweat.

Be out living. Come home to a house that greets you at the temperature you left it, on a system you forget is there.

Court Appointments

Request a private quote.

Tell us about the space and we will come see it, measure it, and quote it in writing. Condo boards, building managers and skeptical landlords welcome. No pressure, no theater, and we will tell you plainly if your building truly cannot take one.
